Arrive. Notice. Return.
Breathe.
Hi, I’m Maï and I’m a breathwork practitioner based in Bangkok, Thailand.
In Thai tradition, khwan (Bai Sri Su Khwan) is a ritual to call back the soul during or after important life events.
Khwan Breathwork sessions center around self-awareness, physical sensations, and finding stability within, through conscious breathing techniques.
If you're curious about breathwork, what a session might look or feel like, or simply whether this is for you: the first conversation is always free and without obligation.
About me
From a multicultural background, I became skillful at adapting to the world around me very early on. In different countries, cultures, and careers, I’ve had to rebuild my foundations from scratch time and time again. I know what it means to have to constantly adjust, losing sight of who we are.
Relentless fatigue. Injury leading to chronic pain. Underlying stress culminating in burnout. I witnessed hollowness and restlessness replace joy and connection. Something needed to change, and the “pushing through” strategy no longer worked.
I moved from fixing to observing, centering my recovery around the nervous system and subtle changes from the inside out.
I began to relate to the world differently and gradually found my way back to what made me feel most alive.
The breath was the backbone of this shift.
A Session With Me
A breathwork session with me is neither performance nor therapy. I offer a clear space for you to arrive exactly as you are, whether with intention or simple curiosity.
I bring emotional fluency and breathing techniques to guide you inwards. Whether you are navigating internal turbulence, a stressful environment, or a time of transition, no explanation is required.
My approach is grounded in attention, not correction. We are not here to fix anything. We can choose to notice what's there and invite the breath to take us through it. It’s always known how.

Breathwork does not exist in a void. It's actually deeply relational: as much a journey inward as a path back out into the world.
Sometimes we have to navigate our inner waters to get back to feeling the ground beneath our feet again. If any of that sounds familiar, there may be something here for you.
