2. What Information Is Collected Khwan Breathwork collects only the information necessary to provide its services.

  • Session notes, where relevant and with your awareness, to support continuity of care across one-on-one sessions

  • Your Line ID or handle, if you choose to connect via the Line application

  • Maintain basic session continuity for returning clients

This website and practice operate in Thailand and process personal data in accordance with the Thailand Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA), which came into full effect in June 2022.

  • Request correction of inaccurate data

  • Request deletion of your data, where there is no lawful reason to retain it

  • Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing

  • Raise a complaint with the relevant Thai authority if you believe your data has been mishandled
